The Canon imagePROGRAF iPF6400SE incorporates a number of new productivity tools including Hot Swap ink tanks which enable uninterrupted printing for greater productivity and reduced downtime. Available in both 130ml and 300ml sizes, Hot Swap ink tanks feature a sub-ink tank which allows for non-stop printing, even during ink tank replacement. An automated email alert lets you know when it’s time to change ink tanks, replace media or notifies you when a job has finished, making this printer ideal for the production environments by supporting continued productivity where it counts most. Print quickly in fast economy mode, minimising production time and keeping costs low. Productivity is improved through a new mirrored nozzle layout and the option to print in Fast mode, which enables the print speed to be as much as doubled, while still maintaining a level of print quality that rivals that in standard mode. Create better looking posters in no time at all, with PosterArtist Lite software, with automatic colour correction and background removal included as standard. For more a more familiar user interface, the Print Plug-in for Microsoft Office prints poster sized documents and graphics created in Microsoft Work, PowerPoint or Excel. An optimised AutoCAD driver is also included. The Canon Direct Print & Share Utility enables the uploading of multiple formats (PDF, TIF or JPEG files) and allows access to print from anywhere, streamlining print workflows by simplifying the printing process and offering cloud-based sharing. Direct Print & Share prints files directly without starting an application or accessing the printer driver. It enhances productivity through co-ordinated processing of multiple files and enables batch printing of JPEG, TIF and PDF files. Scanner and copier support is also available via the Page Layout and IR Enlargement Copy software.
