By upgrading your existing hotend's thermocouple or temperature sensor to the Modix PT-1000 Temperature Sensor, you can increase your hotend's maximum temperature from 285°C to 500°C.
This allows you to print high-temperature, engineering-grade materials such as PEEK, PEKK, & more!
This kit comes with a PT-1000 temperature sensor and an adapter board used to make the temperature sensor values readable by your controller board.
